1.      Have Good Knowledgeable Staff – Staff are the front line of your restaurant- they are its voice and attitude. So, in order to have a good and wonderful restaurant, your staff should, well knowledgeable, spicily they should know about the Menu as well as about the local travel interest by which they can be able to explain and create a relation between customers.

2.      Give Best To Your Guest - As part of Food Serving industry, you can give back in many ways. Host a charity dinner, by which you can invite your regular guest. Sponsor a little league team or other youth activity. While it’s good for your restaurant’s image, it is also just a good (or awesome) thing to do as well as by this you can promote your restaurant.


3.      Be Kid Friendly Restaurant – Kids are very important to make a good relation with the customers ,  If possible, families with kids should be given a larger table (if there are four, give them a table for six) so the kids can get area to  play. Along with offering highchairs and booster seats, staff should offer toys (but ask parents first, if these items are okay).
4.      Suggest The Best From Your Menu – You should suggest the best items from your menu to your guest by doing this you will get chance to upsell.as well as menu should be change time to time as per the popularity of the items, as well as you should must be appreciate to the guest choice.

5.      Greeting – Good relation starts with the greeting, so that always greet your guest, As the Restaurant Manager, Walk the dining room, introduce yourself, and ask for feedback. Guest will appreciate your attentiveness and more often than not you will hear praise for your restaurant and staff.

6.      Spread Love (Make Relation) – Talking with the guest is the important method to create relations well to promote your restaurant, for the promotions social media can play very important role.

7.   Always Follow Up On Problems – complain should be whatever you should as a Restaurant Manager takes care personally and must be quick response as soon as possible.

8.      Nice Menu – Selection Of Nice food – Menu will play very important roll on restaurant as well as it should be well design and with nice selection of food , should be some local food must be there to provide them local touch , as well as it should be update timely.
